自動(dòng)變速箱打滑是自動(dòng)變速箱的常見(jiàn)故障之一。而自動(dòng)變速箱漏油是造成自動(dòng)變速箱打滑的最前期原因。液壓控制系統(tǒng)的各連接部位上都有油封和密封墊,這些部件是常發(fā)生漏油的地方。液壓系統(tǒng)漏油會(huì)引起油路壓力下降,而油位下降則會(huì)引起自動(dòng)變速箱打滑。自動(dòng)變速箱打滑故障,總的來(lái)說(shuō),都可以通過(guò)自動(dòng)變速箱油位與品質(zhì)來(lái)分辨。如自動(dòng)變速箱油位過(guò)低,但無(wú)雜質(zhì),則查找漏油處進(jìn)行修復(fù)故障基本可排除;如自動(dòng)變速箱油位過(guò)高,無(wú)雜質(zhì),調(diào)整自動(dòng)變速箱油位,故障基本可排除;如自動(dòng)變速箱油呈棕黑色或有燒焦味,則應(yīng)拆解變速箱,排查是否內(nèi)部零件(摩擦片、制動(dòng)帶等)存在磨損。
Automatic transmission slippage is one of the common faults in automatic transmissions. And automatic transmission oil leakage is the earliest cause of automatic transmission slippage. The various connection parts of the hydraulic control system are equipped with oil seals and gaskets, which are common sources of oil leakage. Hydraulic system oil leakage can cause a decrease in oil circuit pressure, while a decrease in oil level can cause automatic transmission slippage. Automatic transmission slip faults can be identified by the oil level and quality of the automatic transmission. If the oil level of the automatic transmission is too low but there are no impurities, the fault can be basically eliminated by searching for the oil leakage and repairing it; If the automatic transmission oil level is too high and there are no impurities, adjusting the automatic transmission oil level can basically eliminate the fault; If the automatic transmission oil is brownish black or has a burnt smell, the transmission should be disassembled and checked for internal parts (friction plates, brake bands, etc.) that are worn.
1、液壓油油面太低;液壓油油面太高,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中被行星排劇烈攪動(dòng)后產(chǎn)生大量氣泡;
1. The hydraulic oil level is too low; The hydraulic oil level is too high, causing a large number of bubbles to be generated during operation due to violent agitation by the planetary gear;
2、離合器或制動(dòng)器摩擦片、制動(dòng)帶磨損過(guò)甚或燒焦;油泵磨損過(guò)甚或主油路泄漏,造成油路油壓過(guò)低;
2. Excessive wear or burning of clutch or brake friction plates and brake bands; Excessive wear of the oil pump or even leakage of the main oil circuit, resulting in low oil pressure in the oil circuit;
3、單向超越離合器打滑;離合器或制動(dòng)器活塞密封圈損壞,導(dǎo)致漏油;減振器活塞密封圈損壞,導(dǎo)致漏油。
3. One way overrunning clutch slipping; Damaged clutch or brake piston sealing ring, resulting in oil leakage; The sealing ring of the shock absorber piston is damaged, resulting in oil leakage.
